    • Olives and avocado are neutral foods. You can have them every day, but in low quanitites, because they are high-calorie foods. You can consume quinoa on starch days, I’m not sure about the second.

  1. When can I eat pumpkin? I’ve searched everywhere and I haven’t found a clear answer yet. Is it a neutral or??? Thx.
