Premium Features of the Mobile Application “90 Day Diet”
The premium version of 90 Day Diet app has the following features, which are not included in the free version:
1. “90 Day Diet – Break” with customizable diet plan
The “90 Day Break” is the second part of the “90 Day Diet”. It has its own diet plan. The main objective of the “break” is to start feeding the body and keep the achieved weight. This is actually the most important part of the whole diet. You can start the break the same way you have started the 90 Day Diet. Just tap on a date from the calendar, which is not part of any regime and choose “Start 90D Break”. This feature is available only for premium users. The menu is visible in the free version, but it isn’t active.
2. More indicators to keep track (chest, arm, hip, thigh)
When you tap on a date from the diet, there is a different menu. You can choose “Enter measures”. The option is available in the free version, but you can enter only weight and waist. Premium version supports chest, arm, hip and thigh in addition.
3. Review all indicator’s data (not only for the last started diet)
In the free version charts contain data only for the last started regime. The premium version shows your overall progress. It will make a difference when you start a second diet or “break”. Then you will be able to track your overall progress.
4. Additional charts and stats to track progress
This is related to number 2. There are additional charts, that show your progress. The menus are available in the free version, but they are not active.
You can add notes for the days of the diet. The feature is available when you tap on a date from the diet plan and choose “Enter notes”. The menu is available in the free version, but it’s not active.
6. End diet earlier
The feature is available when you tap on a date from the diet plan and choose “End diet”. The menu is available in the free version, but it’s not active. Many people achieve the desired result earlier and in order not to loose more weight, they end the diet, so that they can proceed with the second part (the break) to keep the results.
7. How to track more than one plan at a time?
The app won’t allow you to track more than 1 plan at a time. We do not support such option. You can start them one after another, which is possible only with the premium version. If you want to track multiple plans at a time, you have to install the app on multiple devices. If the device uses the same gmail account, the instance will be premium as well.
8. Why I can’t customize the 90 Day Diet plan?
In addition I want to clarify that only the second part (90 Day Diet Break) of the diet can be customized. This is because the app is based on the books, written by B. Hrobat and M. Poljansek. According to them the first part (90 Day Diet) is fixed. You can skip only the water days. If you start the break (the second part), the app will generate the default meal plan from the book. In this case you should be able to change the day type. There is also a new day type – the so called “Mixed Day”. On the mixed days you can choose different food groups/meals for each lunch or dinner meal.
9. How to get refund?
In case that the app is not compatible with your device or there is some problem that we can not fix, you can get a refund. In order to refund the payment, we need the order number. It is available in the receipt you received from Google, right after the payment confirmation. You can contact us using the in-app option, available in the main menu.
